The NZ Academy of Sport South Island is fortunate to draw on a wide range of sports science and medical providers throughout the South Island, who are active in high performance sport, and who assist in providing the full extent of specialised support required by high performance athletes. These professionals are appointed to the role of preferred provides by the NZ Academy of Sport, in conjunction with the relevant National Sporting Organisation.Information for Providers

Reporting
All invoices submitted must be accompanied by a report (either on the report form supplied or in your own format). The report must contain the following information:
- Name of Provider
- Name of Patient
- DOB
- Date of Visit
- Service Description
- Site of Injury/Type of Consult
- Notes
- Outcome
- Action/Referral
